4Pi Productions crafts an immersive dining experience with a 6m dome system

Award-winning creative studio 4Pi Productions relied on FP dome technology to deliver a bespoke marketing solution on behalf of Food Innovation Wales and the Welsh Assembly Government at this year’s Food Matters Live trade show in London.
Lucky diners were treated to a three-course tasting menu composed of the best Welsh produce on offer whilst inside an immersive dome that transported them into the environment where each dish originated. The session lasted around 15 minutes, and the feedback was outstanding.
To deliver this experience, 4Pi Productions used a 6m mobile dome theater manufactured and supplied by Front Pictures. The solution includes a LFO (lightweight open) negative pressure dome powered by a Screenberry media server which drives and auto-aligns four Full HD projectors for a seamless 3K 3D capable 360 playback.
